30-day money-back guarantee
Pinkavo Cafe Recipes offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every membership charge and every physical product order. If you are not happy with your purchase within thirty days, email us at info@pinkavocafe.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
1. Membership refunds
Your first thirty days of any membership are free. If you decide the membership is not for you, cancel before day thirty in your account dashboard or by emailing us, and you will not be charged.
If you have already been charged and want a refund, email info@pinkavocafe.com within thirty days of the charge. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method within five business days.
2. Kitchen store refunds
You can return any kitchen tool within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return:
- Email info@pinkavocafe.com with your order ID.
- We will reply with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item in its original packaging if possible. Lightly used items are accepted.
- Drop the package off and let us know you have shipped it.
Refunds are processed within five business days of our warehouse receiving the return. We pay return shipping for damaged or defective items; for change-of-mind returns, we deduct the actual return shipping cost from your refund.
3. Order cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, follow the return process above.
4. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email info@pinkavocafe.com within seven days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost or refund the order in full.
5. Exceptions
Three categories of items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods such as the heritage pasta and grain set. These items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or expired.
- Digital downloads if any are added to the store in the future. Digital items are non-refundable once delivered.
- Items returned more than thirty days after delivery are not eligible. Please contact us within the window.
6. How long does a refund take?
Once we issue the refund, it typically appears on your statement within five business days. International cards may take up to ten business days. The refund always goes back to the original payment method used for the charge.
