How does the membership work?

A Pinkavo Cafe Recipes membership unlocks the full library of 95 tested recipes plus every new release. You can sign up monthly or annually, with a 30-day free trial on either plan.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every charge. If you are not happy in the first thirty days, email us and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.

How are the recipes tested?

Every recipe is tested at least three times. The first test is the recipe author, the second is by another team member following the written recipe, and the third happens in the recipe writer's own kitchen on a real weeknight.

Are dietary swaps included?

Most recipes include common swaps for gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian variations where the dish makes sense. We do not include swaps when they would change the character of the recipe entirely.

Where do you ship orders from the kitchen store?

All store orders ship from our partner warehouse in central Florida. Most orders go out within two business days. Free shipping is automatic on orders over seventy-five dollars.

What is your return policy on physical products?

Kitchen tools can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We pay return shipping for defects, you cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship to addresses in the continental United States only. We are working on Canada and Mexico for late this year and the rest of the world in 2027.

How often are new recipes added?

We add at least one new recipe every Wednesday morning. Members get an email when a new drop is live, and the new recipe is filed into the appropriate cuisine category.

Can I save recipes to a personal collection?

Yes. Logged-in members can mark any recipe as a favorite from the recipe page, and the saved recipes appear in your account dashboard for one-tap access.

Will you teach a cooking class in person?

We host four in-person classes a year at our test kitchen in Avon Park, Florida. Members get first access to dates and a discounted seat. Email member support to be added to the early-access list.

How do I contact a real human?
