Pinkavo Cafe Recipes is a small, mission-driven team. We hire slowly and stay together for years. Here is what we are looking for right now.
Recipe development associate (full time, Avon Park, FL)
We are looking for a second pair of hands in the test kitchen. You will run second and third tests on new recipes, photograph the final plate, and translate kitchen scribbles into clean ingredient lists.
You bring: two-plus years in a real kitchen, comfort with both home and restaurant scales, sharp writing, and a willingness to wash a lot of dishes. Pay range $48-58k plus benefits.

Member support specialist (part time, remote)
Twenty hours a week answering member questions over email, with weekend coverage every other weekend. You will work directly with Jordan on the support inbox and the new-member onboarding sequence.
You bring: calm, friendly writing, comfort in shared inboxes (Front, Help Scout, or similar), and a real love for food. Pay range $24-28 per hour.

Photographer, contract (project-based)
We hire two photographers a year for a one-week stay at our Avon Park test kitchen. Bring lighting, food styling, and your camera. We supply the meals, the kitchen, and the per diem.
You bring: a clear food photography portfolio, comfort working close with the test kitchen team, and the confidence to walk away when the dish is the hero. Day rate $850-1100 plus travel.
